The Smoking Cessation Program

  •  1 x 75 minute session (first session) (80% of people only need one session and the Smoking Cessation CD)
  • 1 or 2 optional followup 60 minute sessions (1 week apart)
  • only $75 per session plus $15 for the Smoking Cessation CD (reduced rates for beneficiaries)
  • $200 package cost for 3 sessions includes CD

·         Review effects of smoking                                        

·         Release smoking related programs

·         Implement smokefree program

·         Learn self hypnosis and self nlp re-enforcement & relaxation techniques

·         Review use of self hypnosis smoking cessation reinforcement cd/mp3 recording 

Session 2 (60 minutes)

·         Review experience using self hypnosis for smoking cessation

·         Reinforce smokefree program                                              

·         Review any other related issues & learn eft (emotional freedom technique)

  Session 3 (60 minutes) (optional)

·         Review experience using self hypnosis for smoking cessation

·         Reinforce smokefree program                                              

·         Review any other related issues
